My role: I contributed to the product launch by studying the existing platform with the objective of optimizing user experience. The process broadly fell into four (4) stages: Product analysis, Competitive analysis, User experience and interface design

Product analysis: Through multiple stakeholder meetings with the product owner and developer, we studied the user journey with the goal of decluttering the interface, improving messaging, reducing drop-off rates, and keeping the UI delightful.

Discovery: We walked backwards from ideal expectations to reveal certain parts of the existing platform that could be improved.

Through multiple stakeholder meetings with the product owner and developer, we studied the user journey with the goal of decluttering the interface, improving messaging, reducing drop-off rates, and keeping the UI delightful.

Studying the user flow showed us previously unidentified pain points in the customer journey. The dashboard being one of the primary parts of the experience was designed to allow users to perform advanced actions such as subscriptions, leads, lists, and third party integrations

Creating an optimal experience required dealing with contradictions such as multiple leads and lists. Some of the questions included:

Where do deleted leads and lists go?

Adding feedback loops at various UX points is one strategy for solving our main problems. Both those who wished to assert their trust and the majority needed to feel confident in UI. In this manner, if something goes wrong, we could occasionally ask the user for assistance.

We use Nunito; a clean, simple and easily readable font with evenly spaced, and well-defined strokes that are versatile, accessible, and optimized for the web. It is paired with Roboto for its unique letterforms, quick load time, and consistency across screen sizes

The core processes took place on the web app, and were designed to be engaging and intuitive.

Customer journey-Entice: The priorities at this stage were keeping the experience, pleasant, delightful and useful through simple introductions and easy onboarding

Customer journey-Engage: The actions had to be divided between the Website and web app. Most of the technical organization occurs on the dashboard
