The Challenge
Managing retail merchants and Ecommerce stores can be intense, and the primary purpose of the B2U app is to help distributors to manage their Home Office, stores and oversee prospects, all centralized within one mobile application.
My Role
I worked as a Designer on the Digital Transformation team, collaborating with Managers and Engineers on product improvement.
Approach
The app started as an office management portal and gradually expanded as we shipped features based on insights and business goals. All the screens were mapped out in wireframes, and with an amazing team and solid strategy, the app came together beautifully.
Outcome
My goal was to design for retention and engagement, keeping the app simple enough for users to navigate and perform tasks without feeling lost or fatigued. I created custom components while maintaining an on-brand polished aesthetic, helping the team ship 10+ new features in less than 6 months.
